Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Lemon
  • - Sprouted Mung Beans
  • 450 g Misal Farsan
  • 300 g Brown Bread Ladi Pav
  • 250 G Mataki
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 500 ml Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
  3. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
  4. 4. Finely chop 500g of onions and add them to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
  5. 5. Chop 500g of tomatoes and add to the pan. Cook until they become mushy.
  6. 6. Stir in 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder, and 1 tablespoon of garam masala.
  7. 7. Add the sprouted mung beans (about 200g), mix well, and let it cook for a few minutes.
  8. 8. Pour in enough water to cover the mixture, then add salt to taste. Stir well.
  9. 9. Allow the curry to simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until it thickens.
  10. 10. Garnish the misal with chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
  11. 11. Serve the prepared misal hot with the warm ladi pav on the side.
