Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Lemon
- - Sprouted Mung Beans
- 450 g Misal Farsan
- 300 g Brown Bread Ladi Pav
- 250 G Mataki
- 200 g Table Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
- 4. Finely chop 500g of onions and add them to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- 5. Chop 500g of tomatoes and add to the pan. Cook until they become mushy.
- 6. Stir in 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder, and 1 tablespoon of garam masala.
- 7. Add the sprouted mung beans (about 200g), mix well, and let it cook for a few minutes.
- 8. Pour in enough water to cover the mixture, then add salt to taste. Stir well.
- 9. Allow the curry to simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until it thickens.
- 10. Garnish the misal with chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
- 11. Serve the prepared misal hot with the warm ladi pav on the side.
