- 500 g Onion
- - Bell Peppers
- 200 g Paneer
- - Green Chutney
- - Toned Milk

- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 100 g Baking Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons of cold butter to the flour mixture and rub it in until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- 4. Gradually add 3-4 tablespoons of cold water and knead to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of crumbled paneer, 1/4 cup of finely chopped bell peppers, 1/4 cup of chopped onions, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, and salt to taste.
- 6. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a small circle.
- 7. Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center of each circle, fold the edges to seal, and shape into a pocket.
- 8. Brush the pockets with 1 beaten egg or milk for a golden finish.
- 9. Arrange the pockets on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 10. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
