Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken Tenders
- 100 g Lemon Grass
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- 1 kg Brown Sugar
- 80 g Soya Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Start by finely chopping 100g of organically grown lemongrass, ensuring to use the tender parts for better flavor integration.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lemongrass with 80g of Nilon's soy sauce, stirring in 20g of Organic Tattva brown sugar until fully dissolved.
- 3. Add 400g of boneless chicken tenders to the bowl, ensuring that each piece is thoroughly coated with the marinade.
- 4. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and caramelized.
- 6. Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes to retain its juices.
- 7. Serve the Mexican Thai Chicken hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a side of your choice.
