- 1 block Processed Cheese
- 1 kg Potato
- 360G Salsa
- 10 g Oregano Seasoning
- 100 g Garlic
- 200 g Table Salt
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- 2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thick wedge shapes.
- 3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with a generous pinch of red chili powder, white pepper powder, and table salt.
- 4. Spread the seasoned potato wedges onto a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
