- 500 g Suji
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 g Carrot
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 g French Beans
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina, yogurt, and 1/4 cup water to form a thick batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Add the finely chopped carrots, bell peppers, green beans, tomatoes, and coriander leaves to the batter. Mix well.
- 3. Season the mixture with cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine evenly.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
- 5. Scoop small portions of the batter and shape them into flat, round tikkas. Place them on the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crisp and golden brown.
- 6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- 7. Serve the warm tikkas with mint chutney or a side of plain yogurt for a refreshing contrast.
