Ingredients

  • 500 g Suji
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina, yogurt, and 1/4 cup water to form a thick batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped carrots, bell peppers, green beans, tomatoes, and coriander leaves to the batter. Mix well.
  3. 3. Season the mixture with cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine evenly.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  5. 5. Scoop small portions of the batter and shape them into flat, round tikkas. Place them on the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crisp and golden brown.
  6. 6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
  7. 7. Serve the warm tikkas with mint chutney or a side of plain yogurt for a refreshing contrast.
