Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil or ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes to release the spices' aroma.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes soften and begin to form a thick mixture, around 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Crumble the paneer directly into the pan and mix well with the vegetable-spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt to taste. Mix thoroughly and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 7. Turn off the heat, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve hot with chapatis or toasted bread.
