Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 28 ml Vanilla Essence
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
- 250 ml Fresh Cream
- 150 g Cream Cheese
- - Matcha Powder
- 500 g Sugar
- 500 g Refined Flour
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- 2. Melt 100g of pasteurized butter in a small pan over low heat.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with 200g of Panko bread crumbs to create the crust.
- 4. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even layer, creating the base of the cheesecake.
- 5. In another large bowl, blend 150g of cream cheese with 250ml of Amul fresh cream until smooth.
- 6. Gradually add 200g of refined sugar to the cream cheese mixture and continue to blend.
- 7. Add 6 eggs, one at a time, to the cream cheese mixture, beating well after each addition.
- 8. Stir in 2 tablespoons of bourbon vanilla extract for flavor.
- 9. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
- 10. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
- 11. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for about 1 hour.
- 12. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
