Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. 3. Mix in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, and cook for 1-2 minutes to blend the spices.
  4. 4. Add the diced capsicum, cauliflower florets, and chopped green beans to the pan, stirring well to coat the vegetables in the masala.
  5. 5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
  6. 6. Stir in the cubed paneer and garam masala, cooking for another 3-5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. 7. Add the heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes, adjusting the salt and spice level as needed.
