- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Chaat Masala
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a tawa or flat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped capsicum and shredded cabbage. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 3. Stir in the tomatoes and boiled green peas, then cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and well combined.
- 4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well and let the spices coat the vegetables evenly.
- 5. Crumble the paneer and add it to the tawa. Gently mix everything together, ensuring the paneer is evenly distributed and the flavors are well blended. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the bhurji, mix gently, and turn off the heat.
