  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a tawa or flat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped capsicum and shredded cabbage. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomatoes and boiled green peas, then cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and well combined.
  4. 4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well and let the spices coat the vegetables evenly.
