Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually stir in water until the batter reaches a slightly thick, pourable consistency.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped tomatoes, capsicum, green chili, and coriander leaves to the batter, mixing well to distribute the vegetables evenly.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick tawa or flat pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of cooking oil.
  4. 4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it into a thin circular shape. Sprinkle a few cumin seeds over the cheela for added flavor.
  5. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown and slightly crispy.
