Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually stir in water until the batter reaches a slightly thick, pourable consistency.
- 2. Add finely chopped tomatoes, capsicum, green chili, and coriander leaves to the batter, mixing well to distribute the vegetables evenly.
- 3. Heat a non-stick tawa or flat pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of cooking oil.
- 4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it into a thin circular shape. Sprinkle a few cumin seeds over the cheela for added flavor.
- 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown and slightly crispy.
- 6. Repeat the process for the remaining batter, greasing the tawa occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 7. Serve hot with green chutney or a side of yogurt for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
