Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Gradually knead into a smooth dough, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Prepare the stuffing by mixing grated paneer, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, black pepper, and fresh coriander in a bowl until evenly combined.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and flatten each into a small disc. Place a portion of the paneer stuffing in the center, fold the edges, and roll gently into a paratha using a rolling pin.
  4. 4. Heat a tawa over medium flame and lightly grease it with a drizzle of oil. Place the rolled paratha on the tawa and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, brushing with ghee until golden brown and crisp.
