Ingredients
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and gradually add water to form a smooth, pliable dough. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the stuffing by heating 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and hing, allowing them to sizzle. Stir in cabbage, capsicum, and tomato, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the vegetables. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in chopped coriander leaves and green chilies. Let the mixture cool.
- 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the cooled vegetable stuffing in the center and fold the edges to seal. Flatten gently and roll into a paratha.
- 5. Heat a skillet or tawa on medium heat and cook each paratha for 1-2 minutes per side, brushing lightly with oil, until golden and crispy.
- 6. Serve the masala veggie parathas warm with plain yogurt or tangy pickle for a delicious breakfast.
