Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil or ghee in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Let them crackle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the green chilies, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the mixture turns slightly mushy.
  4. 4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes to incorporate the spices.
  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the skillet and mix thoroughly with the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
