- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil or ghee in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Let them crackle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the green chilies, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the mixture turns slightly mushy.
- 4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes to incorporate the spices.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the skillet and mix thoroughly with the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Sprinkle the garam masala and fresh cilantro over the paneer mixture. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- 7. Turn off the heat and squeeze lemon juice over the dish for a tangy finish.
