Ingredients
- 100 g Oats Jumbo
- - Rice Flour
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 box Baking Soda
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 250 g Carrot
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a blender, grind the rolled oats into a fine powder. Mix it with rice flour, yogurt, baking soda, and salt to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic. Add ginger paste, bell peppers, grated carrot, and tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 3. Add tandoori masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the vegetables. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chopped coriander leaves.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tawa and lightly grease it. Pour a ladleful of the oat batter and spread it thin to form a dosa. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp.
- 5. Place a portion of the spiced vegetable filling in the center of the dosa, fold it into a wrap, and serve hot.
