- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Onion
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside. Finely chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and asafoetida, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Stir in the green chilies and cook for another minute.
- 4. Toss in the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables soften and the tomatoes break down into a semi-thick mixture.
- 5. Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
- 6. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix thoroughly. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the paneer to absorb the flavors.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and give it a final stir. Serve hot with parathas, bread, or as a standalone dish.
