  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside. Finely chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and asafoetida, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Stir in the green chilies and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Toss in the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables soften and the tomatoes break down into a semi-thick mixture.
  5. 5. Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
