- 200 g Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in tomatoes and green bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt, then mix well.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and gently toss to coat with the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer is warmed through.
- 6. Remove from heat and mix in yogurt for added creaminess.
- 7. Warm the parathas on a skillet until soft and pliable, about 1 minute per side.
- 8. Assemble the wraps by placing a generous portion of the paneer mixture onto each paratha and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 9. Roll the parathas into wraps and serve hot, optionally paired with chutney or yogurt.
