Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Carrot
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Cow Ghee
- 500 g Refined Flour
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, mix grated paneer, onions, carrots, bell peppers, green chili, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander leaves. Add salt and mix well to prepare the stuffing.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into small balls. Flatten a ball slightly, dust with flour, and roll into a small circle.
- 4. Place a spoonful of the paneer-vegetable mixture in the center of the circle. Fold the edges over the filling and seal. Gently roll it out again into a flat circle, being careful not to tear it.
- 5. Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Cook the paratha on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side. Brush with ghee or oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- 6. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
