Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Fresh Cream
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes break down and the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Toss in the diced capsicum and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well coated with the masala. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat to low, stir in the fresh cream, and sprinkle garam masala over the dish. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, parathas, or toasted bread.
