  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain the soaked moong dal and grind it into a smooth batter using a blender, ensuring a thick consistency.
  2. 2. Transfer the batter to a bowl and mix in turmeric powder, salt, baking soda, and black pepper. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, prepare the paneer stuffing by combining crumbled paneer, chopped tomato, capsicum, green chili, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and coriander leaves.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladle of moong dal batter to form a thick pancake.
  5. 5. Spread a generous amount of the paneer stuffing evenly over the pancake. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. 6. Carefully flip the moonglet and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer stuffing is well-heated.
  7. 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and stuffing to prepare additional moonglets.
  8. 8. Serve hot with a dollop of yogurt or your favorite chutney for added flavor.
