  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Besan
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, a pinch of salt, and water to form a smooth batter. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions, green chilies, and ginger paste. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Add tomatoes, garam masala, and salt to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft, then add crumbled paneer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in coriander leaves and set aside.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly. Pour a ladle of the besan batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. 5. Spread a thin layer of chutney on each cheela, then add a portion of the paneer filling in the center. Roll the cheela into a wrap.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling. Serve warm with extra chutney on the side.
