Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 g Carrot
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 200 ml Ghee
- 250 g French Beans
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves, and let them splutter.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and green chili, and sauté until the onion turns translucent.
- 4. Stir in the chopped carrot, green beans, and tomato. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, and mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
- 6. Add the drained millet and stir to combine. Pour in 2 cups of water and season with salt. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat until the millet is cooked and water is absorbed.
- 7. Gently fold in the paneer cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes to warm them through.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
