- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle until aromatic.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the green chilies and capsicum, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they break down and form a thick mixture, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt into the pan, stirring well to combine.
- 6. Add the crumbled paneer and mix thoroughly, ensuring the spices coat the paneer evenly.
- 7. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is warmed through and slightly golden.
