Ingredients
- Pcs Fortune Besan 200gms
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and salt. Add yogurt and mix well to form a smooth batter. Gradually add water to achieve a pancake-like consistency.
- 2. Stir in the crumbled paneer, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, and coriander leaves into the batter, ensuring everything is evenly combined.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a thin pancake.
- 4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
