Ingredients

  • Pcs Fortune Besan 200gms
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and salt. Add yogurt and mix well to form a smooth batter. Gradually add water to achieve a pancake-like consistency.
