- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the mixture forms a thick masala.
- 4. Add the paneer cubes to the masala and gently mix to coat the paneer. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes until the spinach wilts and is well incorporated into the paneer mixture.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves over the mixture. Squeeze lemon juice on top and mix well. Remove from heat.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a tawa or flat pan. Place a generous amount of the paneer-spinach filling in the center of each paratha and roll tightly.
- 8. Serve the rolls warm, optionally paired with mint chutney or yogurt for dipping.
