- 200 g Paneer
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato and green chili, cooking until soft and blended, about 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, stirring well to create a fragrant spice base.
- 5. Add the cooked chickpeas to the pan and stir to coat them evenly with the spice mix. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well coated in the masala. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, being careful not to break the paneer.
- 7. Season with salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Remove from heat.
- 8. Serve hot with lemon slices on the side and accompany with whole-grain bread or parathas for a complete breakfast.
