Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Lemon
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomato and green chili, cooking until soft and blended, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, stirring well to create a fragrant spice base.
  5. 5. Add the cooked chickpeas to the pan and stir to coat them evenly with the spice mix. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well coated in the masala. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, being careful not to break the paneer.
