  • 100 g Oats Jumbo
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • - Dairy Milk
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until softened, around 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Stir well, then add rolled oats and toast for 1 minute.
