- 100 g Oats Jumbo
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- - Dairy Milk
- 250 g French Beans
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- 2. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until softened, around 2 minutes.
- 3. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Stir well, then add rolled oats and toast for 1 minute.
- 4. Pour in low-fat milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and cooked.
- 5. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and stir-fry bell pepper, zucchini, and green beans for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until slightly tender but still crunchy.
