- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100G Oleo
- - Tortilla Wraps
- 500 g Onion
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until well combined.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chili to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 4. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
- 5. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and stir continuously on low heat until the eggs are fully scrambled and cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
