- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly with salt and black pepper powder until well combined.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the pan, cooking until the tomatoes soften and form a thick mixture, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder, cooking for 1 minute to release their aromas.
- 5. Lower the heat and pour the whisked eggs into the pan, stirring continuously to scramble them gently. Cook until the eggs are creamy but set, about 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Mix in the chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat.
- 7. Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy, either in a toaster or on a pan.
