  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly with salt and black pepper powder until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the pan, cooking until the tomatoes soften and form a thick mixture, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder, cooking for 1 minute to release their aromas.
