Ingredients

  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under running water, then cook it in a pot according to package instructions until fluffy. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the tomato and cook until softened.
  4. 4. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Cook for 1 minute to release the aromas.
  5. 5. Add the cooked chickpeas and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Stir well to coat the chickpeas with the masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
