Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ginger-garlic paste, chopped onion, and green chilies, sautéing until fragrant and onions turn translucent.
- 2. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the chicken is well coated and cooked through.
- 3. Remove the chicken mixture from the pan and set aside. Clean the pan and heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
- 4. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan, spreading evenly to form an omelette. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until set, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat the process for the remaining eggs.
- 5. Lay a cooked chapati on a clean surface. Place an omelette on top, followed by a portion of the spiced chicken. Sprinkle chopped coriander and roll tightly into a wrap.
- 6. Repeat the process for the remaining chapatis and serve warm, optionally slicing each wrap in half for easier handling.
