- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Tortilla Wraps
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Dice the chicken breast into small cubes and marinate with yogurt, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated chicken pieces until cooked through and slightly browned, about 7-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the chopped onion, tomato, and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Beat the eggs in a bowl with red chili powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Pour the eggs into the pan with the vegetables and scramble gently until fully cooked.
- 5. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- 6. Warm the whole wheat tortillas and spoon the chicken egg scramble mixture evenly onto each wrap. Fold the tortillas securely to create wraps.
