- 500 g Pumpkin Portion Cut By Urban Harvest
- 300 ml Puramate Pancake Maple Syrup
- 238 Ml Haitai Crushed Korean Pear Juice 해태Htb 갈아만든 배 238Ml
- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Place the whole pumpkin on a baking tray and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the pumpkin is tender when pierced with a fork.
- 3. Remove the pumpkin from the oven, let it cool slightly, then cut off the top and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Set the seeds aside for later use if desired.
- 4. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup pear juice, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, and a pinch of garam masala. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out pumpkin and return it to the oven. Bake for an additional 35 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 6. Remove the pumpkin from the oven, cut it into wedges, and serve warm as a flavorful and wholesome dinner centerpiece.
