- 1 kg Mangoes
- 100 g Chia Seeds
- - Dairy Milk
- 500 g Jaggery Powder
- 0.25 g Saffron
- Unsalted Sliced Pistachio (Unsalted) (100g)
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the mangoes, then blend them into a smooth puree using a blender. Set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, soak the chia seeds in 100ml of milk for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure they do not clump together.
- 3. Warm the remaining milk slightly (do not boil), and dissolve the jaggery powder in it. Add the cardamom powder and saffron strands, stirring well to infuse the flavors.
- 4. Combine the mango puree with the flavored milk and soaked chia seeds, mixing thoroughly to create a creamy and textured drink.
- 5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the chia seeds to fully expand.
- 6. Pour the cooler into serving glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios for added crunch and visual appeal. Serve immediately.
