Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Fresh Cream
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Butter
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 50 g White Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, white pepper powder, green chili paste, and salt to create the marinade.
- 2. Add boneless chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well, ensuring every piece is coated thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
- 4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers, ensuring there is a small gap between each piece for even cooking.
- 5. Heat a grill pan or tandoor to medium-high heat. Brush the pan with butter or oil, then place the skewers on it. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- 6. Baste the skewers with melted butter during cooking to enhance the flavor and keep the chicken moist.
- 7. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 8. Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges for a complete snack experience.
