Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, white pepper powder, green chili paste, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Add boneless chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well, ensuring every piece is coated thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
  3. 3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers, ensuring there is a small gap between each piece for even cooking.
  5. 5. Heat a grill pan or tandoor to medium-high heat. Brush the pan with butter or oil, then place the skewers on it. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  6. 6. Baste the skewers with melted butter during cooking to enhance the flavor and keep the chicken moist.
  7. 7. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  8. 8. Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges for a complete snack experience.
