Ingredients

  • 100 g The Baker'S Dozen Zero Maida Pita Bread, Whole Wheat
  • 150 g Mooz Cream Cheese
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • 200 g Cremeitalia Sour Cream
  • 250 g Habanero Spicy Salsa Dip

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, mix 1/2 tsp of Mirchi Powder with preserved dried salted black beans and cook until heated through.
  3. 3. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, place whole wheat pita bread, torn into pieces, to cover the bottom.
  4. 4. Spread the cooked bean mixture evenly over the pita bread. Then, layer spicy salsa dip over the beans.
  5. 5. Spread cream cheese evenly over the salsa layer.
  6. 6. Spread sour cream evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. 7. Cover with another layer of whole wheat pita bread, pressing down gently to compact the layers.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the layers are heated through and slightly golden.
  9. 9. Let the dish cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
