Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Tomato Juice
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 50 g Zoff Premium Indian Bay Leaf
Instructions
- 1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 cup of diced onion and 1 cup of diced bell pepper to the saucepan. Saute until the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of tomato juice, 1/3 cup of regular rice, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 bay leaf.
- 4. Add 2 1/2 cups of water to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Remove the bay leaf and serve the soup hot. Enjoy your hearty dinner!
