Ingredients
- 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Red Rajma
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 50 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Coriander Powder Combo
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 500 g of cooked red rajma and cook, breaking it up into crumbles, until heated through, about 8 minutes.
- 2. Stir in 1 diced Sambar onion and 2 minced garlic cloves. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened.
- 3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Mirchi Powder (Bedagi), 1 teaspoon of Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt, and 1 teaspoon of Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder over the mixture. Stir to combine and cook for 5 more minutes.
- 4. Pour in 1/2 cup of Hommade Tomato Puree and cook until the liquid is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Add 1 can of Hommade Tomato Puree, 1 can of Whole Farm Premium Red Rajma (drained and rinsed), 1 teaspoon of Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder, 1/2 teaspoon of On1Y Paprika Powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Oregano Sachet, and 1/2 teaspoon of Mtr Coriander Powder Combo. Stir to combine.
- 6. Set the slow cooker to High and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Serve the chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as chopped cilantro or a dollop of sour cream.
