Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 100 g Premium Green Chilli
  • 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
  • 1 kg Rajdhani Red Rajma
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 15 L Sampyo Soy Sauce 15L 샘표 진간장S 15L (업소용)

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a 5-quart saucepan over medium heat and add 1 lb of ground beef and 1 lb of diced beef shoulder. Cook, stirring often, until the meat browns lightly.
  2. 2. Drain excess fat from the saucepan and return it to the heat.
  3. 3. Add 2 diced onions, 1 diced green pepper, 3 minced garlic cloves, 3 tbsp chili powder, and 1 cup of diced green chili peppers. Stir and cook until the onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add 1 diced tomato, 1 small can of tomato paste, 6 oz of water, and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Add 1 can of drained and rinsed red kidney beans to the saucepan. Stir and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve the chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings if desired.
