Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Premium Green Chilli
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
- 1 kg Rajdhani Red Rajma
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 15 L Sampyo Soy Sauce 15L 샘표 진간장S 15L (업소용)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a 5-quart saucepan over medium heat and add 1 lb of ground beef and 1 lb of diced beef shoulder. Cook, stirring often, until the meat browns lightly.
- 2. Drain excess fat from the saucepan and return it to the heat.
- 3. Add 2 diced onions, 1 diced green pepper, 3 minced garlic cloves, 3 tbsp chili powder, and 1 cup of diced green chili peppers. Stir and cook until the onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add 1 diced tomato, 1 small can of tomato paste, 6 oz of water, and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Add 1 can of drained and rinsed red kidney beans to the saucepan. Stir and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- 7. Serve the chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings if desired.
