Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 400G Freshos Corn Kernels
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
Instructions
- 1. In a large casserole, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add 2 chopped onions and 1 diced green bell pepper. Cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are softened, about 4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 3 tablespoons of chili powder and 2 teaspoons of dried oregano. Cook for 1 minute to toast the spices.
- 4. Add 1 cup of corn kernels, 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 cups of kidney beans, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the chili thickens slightly, about 8-10 minutes.
- 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your kosher-friendly chili.
