Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 1 pc Cabbage Red
  • 200 g Fortune Soya Chunks
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 10 g Fresh Thyme
  • 50 g Zoff Premium Indian Bay Leaf
  • 1 kg Simply Staples Mineral Rich Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add 1 cup of diced onion, 1 cup of diced carrot, 1 cup of diced celery, and 1 cup of shredded cabbage to the pot. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
  3. 3. Stir in 4 cups of diced tomatoes, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 teaspoon of thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of sweet basil, and 4 teaspoons of salt. Mix well.
  4. 4. Add 3-4 cups of water to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Remove the bay leaf before serving. Serve hot and enjoy a flavorful, hearty soup for dinner.
