Ingredients
- 1 l Homogenised Toned Milk
- 200 ml Cow Ghee
- 100 g Pista Plain
- 500 g Sugar
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
- 100 g Coconut Powder (Desicated)
Instructions
- 1. Take a heavy-bottomed pan and add 500 ml of Amul Taaza fresh toned milk to it.
- 2. Heat the milk over medium flame and bring it to a gentle boil.
- 3. Slowly add 500g of Madhur sugar-refined to the boiling milk, stirring continuously to dissolve the sugar completely.
- 4. Add 750g of coconut powder to the milk and sugar mixture and continue to stir until the mixture thickens.
- 5. Once thick, add 20g of cardamom powder to the mixture for flavor.
- 6. In a separate pan, heat a small amount of ghee and toss in some Rostaa pistachios until they are lightly toasted.
- 7. Stir the toasted pistachios into the coconut mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- 8. Grease a plate or tray with ghee and pour the mixture onto it. Flatten and smoothen it with a spatula.
- 9. Allow the Kopra Pak to cool and set. Once set, cut it into desired shapes and sizes for serving.
