Ingredients

  • 1 l Homogenised Toned Milk
  • 200 ml Cow Ghee
  • 100 g Pista Plain
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 20 g Cardamom Powder
  • 100 g Coconut Powder (Desicated)

Instructions

  1. 1. Take a heavy-bottomed pan and add 500 ml of Amul Taaza fresh toned milk to it.
  2. 2. Heat the milk over medium flame and bring it to a gentle boil.
  3. 3. Slowly add 500g of Madhur sugar-refined to the boiling milk, stirring continuously to dissolve the sugar completely.
  4. 4. Add 750g of coconut powder to the milk and sugar mixture and continue to stir until the mixture thickens.
  5. 5. Once thick, add 20g of cardamom powder to the mixture for flavor.
  6. 6. In a separate pan, heat a small amount of ghee and toss in some Rostaa pistachios until they are lightly toasted.
  7. 7. Stir the toasted pistachios into the coconut mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  8. 8. Grease a plate or tray with ghee and pour the mixture onto it. Flatten and smoothen it with a spatula.
  9. 9. Allow the Kopra Pak to cool and set. Once set, cut it into desired shapes and sizes for serving.
