Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic
- 320 g Sambal Oelek
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 450 g Fire Kimchi
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat a tablespoon of Champion Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 200g of thinly sliced green garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- 2. Add 250g of fire kimchi to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to release its flavors.
- 3. Pour in 2 tablespoons of naturally brewed soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of sambal oelek. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
- 4. Add enough water to the pot to just submerge the ingredients (approximately 3-4 cups). Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. While the stew simmers, cut the organic tofu into 2 cm cubes. Add the tofu to the pot and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 6. Chop the spring onions and sprinkle them on top of the stew as a garnish before serving. Serve hot and enjoy your kimchi stew!
