Ingredients

  • 500g Radish White
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • Pack of 10 Yaki Sushi Nori Seaweed Sheet
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • Pcs Egg Loose
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 110G Takuan Pickled Radish, 110G
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the fillings by julienning the carrot and cucumber. Set them aside.
  2. 2. Cook the rice and season it with cooking oil and a pinch of salt. Let the rice cool to room temperature.
  3. 3. Place a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat (makisu) with the rough side facing up. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, then spread a thin layer of rice evenly over the seaweed, leaving about 1 inch of seaweed at the top edge uncovered.
  4. 4. Arrange the julienned carrot and cucumber in a line across the center of the rice.
  5. 5. Using the bamboo mat, roll the kimbap tightly starting from the bottom edge. Use gentle pressure to shape the roll and ensure it seals properly.
  6. 6. Use a sharp knife to slice the kimbap into bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Drizzle cooking oil over the kimbap slices and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
  8. 8. Serve the kimbap with soy sauce for dipping.
