Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Coconut Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs in a pot for about 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled. Once done, cool, peel, and set aside.
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add curry leaves for an aromatic touch.
- 3. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens into a rich masala.
- 5. Cut the boiled eggs into halves and gently fold them into the masala. Sprinkle garam masala and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes so the flavors meld together.
- 6. Warm the flatbreads or chapatis on a hot skillet. Place a portion of the egg roast in the center of each flatbread, garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, and roll tightly into a wrap.
- 7. Serve the wraps hot, with a side of yogurt or a fresh salad if desired.
