Ingredients
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 500 g Onion
- 250 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 kg Fish Fillets
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 g Fenugreek Seeds
- 200 g Table Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of tropics cold-pressed coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 tablespoon of dnv yellow mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- 3. Add 1 teaspoon of earthon organic fenugreek seeds and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
- 4. Add 500g of sliced onion and sauté until translucent.
- 5. Add 1 tablespoon of mtr turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of valley spice select red chilli powder, and 2 tablespoons of patanjali coriander powder. Stir until the spices are well mixed.
- 6. Add 3-4 chopped green chillies and sauté for another minute.
- 7. Add 250ml cocomama coconut milk, stir well, and bring to a simmer.
- 8. Add salt to taste and fish fillets (approximately 500g) to the pan.
- 9. Simmer the curry on low heat until the fish is cooked through, around 10-15 minutes.
- 10. Add a handful of curry leaves and garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
