Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Tortilla Wraps
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in green and red bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture becomes a thick masala base, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the paneer cubes to the masala and gently mix to coat them evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, then sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves on top.
  5. 5. Warm the whole wheat tortillas on a flat pan for 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Place a generous portion of the kadhai veggie masala on each tortilla, roll tightly into a wrap, and serve with a side of plain yogurt.
