- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Tortilla Wraps
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in green and red bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture becomes a thick masala base, about 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Add the paneer cubes to the masala and gently mix to coat them evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, then sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves on top.
- 5. Warm the whole wheat tortillas on a flat pan for 30 seconds on each side.
- 6. Place a generous portion of the kadhai veggie masala on each tortilla, roll tightly into a wrap, and serve with a side of plain yogurt.
