  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 100G Oleo
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes, followed by the chopped tomato. Cook until the vegetables soften, about 5 minutes.
