  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 100 G Kadhai Masala
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and cook it according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat sunflower oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomato and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and kadhai masala. Cook the spices for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add the chopped carrots, green beans, and capsicum to the pan. Sprinkle salt and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender yet slightly crunchy.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the paneer cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
  7. 7. Add the cooked quinoa to the pan and mix well to combine with the vegetables and spices. Cook for 2 minutes to heat through.
