- 100 g Quinoa
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g French Beans
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 G Kadhai Masala
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and cook it according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
- 2. Heat sunflower oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Stir in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and kadhai masala. Cook the spices for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 5. Add the chopped carrots, green beans, and capsicum to the pan. Sprinkle salt and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender yet slightly crunchy.
- 6. Gently fold in the paneer cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 7. Add the cooked quinoa to the pan and mix well to combine with the vegetables and spices. Cook for 2 minutes to heat through.
- 8. Turn off the heat and sprinkle garam masala, fresh coriander, and lemon juice over the dish. Mix gently.
