- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Fresh Cream
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Sauté the sliced onions until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil starts to separate.
- 4. Toss in the diced bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring they retain a slight crunch.
- 5. Gently add the paneer cubes and mix well, ensuring they are coated with the spice mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the garam masala and fresh cream, mixing thoroughly to create a rich, creamy texture. Adjust seasoning if needed.
