  • 200 g Paneer
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a kadhai or pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then, add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil separates.
  3. 3. Stir in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well-coated with the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and set aside.
  6. 6. Toast the bread slices on a heated pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until golden and crispy on both sides.
  7. 7. Spoon the prepared kadhai paneer mixture onto the toasted bread slices and garnish with additional coriander leaves if desired.
